Our Goals
We publish The Genealogical Journal on a quarterly basis. The Journal will contain material that is of interest to historians and genealogists with roots in Randolph County and the surrounding area. Since the county was formed from Guilford in 1779, which was part of Rowan and Orange prior to 1771, some data from those and neighboring counties may be included. Contributions of unpublished material: Bible records, old letters, diaries and other private papers will be welcomed by the editor(s). Queries are free to all members but must be accompanied by a pedigree chart relative to the same unless formerly filed. Join Today!Click here to join. Membership is $25.00 a year. Please be sure to include your correct phone number and email address. For those paying with credit card your membership will automatically renew each year. Your membership is valid one year from the day you join.
